Litigation Mediation

Reservation Deposit

  • A reservation deposit of $200.00 per party is required to hold a date more than two weeks in advance or to hold a holiday indicated on the calendar.
  • This deposit will be applied to remainder of the mediator's fee on the date of mediation.
  • This deposit is transferrable in the event of rescheduling, or refundable with advance notice of cancellation.
  • Advance notice means notice given 7 or more business days prior to the scheduled mediation date.
  • The deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee if advance notice is not given.
  • An invoice will be sent via email for payment.
  • Please pay the balance of the mediation fee two weeks prior to mediation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Notice of cancellation must be given 7 or more business days prior to the scheduled mediation date.
  • The total cancellation fee is $450.00 for a Half Day and $700.00 for a Full Day.
  • If the cancellation is agreed, each party will be billed half of the above fee, or the reservation deposit will be retained.
  • If the cancellation or absence is unilateral, the full fee will be charged to that party.
